GS#300! We celebrate this milestone with the guest who helped kick of GOLF SMARTER on episode #1, and probably our #1 guest, Dr. Joseph Parent. Author of "Zen Golf", one of the most successful golf books ever on the mental game. He's also authored "Zen Putting" and "The Art of the Mental Game". He once again confirms why his easy to comprehend approach has improved the game of countless golfers including Vijai Singh.

Next week the celebration continues with more of our favorite guests of all time. Tom Wishon, author of "In Search of The Perfect Golf Club" joins us of the first of two compelling and educational conversations. Part 2 with Tom Wishon is a Members Only episode.

GSfMO#299 Jeff Ritter, golf instructor, author, and prolific YouTube contributor, joins Fred in an observation that whether you’re a weekend golfer, ardent golf student or PGA certified instructor, you should never think that there's only one way to succeed at this game. No two rounds, shots, or swings are the same and if you try a cookie cutter approach, the chances of failure may be greater than the ability to succeed.

Next week our very first guest, Dr. Joe Parent, author of Zen Golf returns to celebrate episode #300. This will not be a Members Only show, it's free to all subscribers.

GSfMO #298 Rick Koscher, the Golf Better Coach says that according to physics, the ball flies perfectly everytime it leaves the club face. Yeah right, then why doesn't the ball go where we want it to? It may be your body position at finish. Striking the ball is only the middle of the swing. Once you understand the importance of the follow through and the finish, you will see much better results. For a great video and explanation of a beautiful swing, check out TPI's Dave Phillips on Rory McIlroy US Open swing in slow motion on YouTube.
